1. Let’s Chat

2. Plan & Scope
- I turn our conversation into a clear plan: how many pages you need, any special features (an online store, blog, member area), and a simple timeline.
- You get a straightforward proposal and exact flat fee—no surprise bills, no hidden costs.
3. Design & Feedback
- I create a simple mockup of your site’s homepage so you can see the look and feel.
- You review and give feedback; I refine until it’s exactly right. This is where we nail down fonts, colors, and layout—again, in plain language.
4. Build & Test
- Behind the scenes, I turn the design into a fully responsive WordPress site. That means it looks great on phones, tablets, and desktops.
- I wire up any special tools you need—WooCommerce for online stores, secure member areas, contact forms—and test everything to make sure it works flawlessly.
5. Launch & Train
- When you’re ready, I take your site live. I handle the technical details: hosting setup, domain pointing, performance tweaks, and backups.
- I show you the basics of the WordPress dashboard so you can make simple updates yourself—or, if you’d rather, I can handle ongoing edits for you.
6. Ongoing Support (Optional)
- After launch, you have the option to sign up for ongoing support. My clients can choose a small monthly plan for updates, security checks, and performance tuning.
- You’ll have a direct line to me—no overseas call centers—so your site stays healthy and up to date.
